Just got a new mobo the other day for my i7 6700k, and everything appears to be great so far. Great motherboard with excellent BIOs and features.

MY question is that in HWmonitor, my cpu VID is normal - .800v to 1.345v. CPU-Z reports the same. But, if I look at VCORE, it literally reads a max of 2.6V or something absurd. I'm assuming this is just a bad reading, bc my temps are fine and never surpass mid 50s even under hard gaming. I also checked BIOs and the voltages seem fine, but it only reports one steady number. As you know. the voltages on the i6700k dip and increase, etc, in tandem with the speed.

Should I just consider this a complete misreading and forget about it? Also, my 6700k is stock, what's the normal max voltage for it? Is 1.345v safe/normal?
