im currently experiencing some huge fps drops in several games such as H1Z1, League of legends, and csgo,
I5-6600
Gigabyte windforce gtx 1070
MSI-H110m
16gb ram
evga G2 550w

im not sure what is causing this but it got me puzzled, ive tried many things, it started a few weeks back when i started to get only around 130fps in league with many fps drops down to 20-30 for a couple seconds frequently, before this i got 450-600
and in h1z1 every 10-20 seconds i drop to about 25 for 3 seconds which gets annoying,
driver version is 375.86. i thought this could be maybe the clock speed is running slow, so i Oc'd it to about 1900 and i noticed the power limit would go to 100-105 which is strange because ive had it up to 2100 stable for hours without it doing that, it didnt crash but still strange, anyways if anyone has any solution please let me know, also i have 2 monitors hooked up to the card both 60hz 1080p

ive restarted the computer and ive had windows install the drivers, ive managed to get it to show up as standard vga, ive uninstalled the drivers through that and nothing, ive deleted the graphics driver folder, ive tried clean installs, and nothing. it installs everything but when it comes to the graphics driver it just says failed, the cards fans are still spinning so it is powered still

this program fixed things up, my guess is it was registry damage from trying the clean install, either way thank you so much, was very nervous the card was broke lol, now im back to two displays on the 1070 and it seems to be fine, im gonna test it now if the problem persists i will let you know, but for now at least the drivers have installed
