So this is my first computer I have ever built and still new to all the terms so please keep it simple for me.
As i said in the title my graphics card randomly stopped working. I turned on my computer and everything was working fine. I went to get something to eat (20min tops) and my monitor showed that there was no signal. I've tried shutting it off but the monitor only works when plugged into the motherboard. There is no signal in device managment or anything, but it's lit up and the fans are running.
Mid December will be a year from when everything was bought and built. Is it really possible that it died? I've tried downloading new drivers and everything but it says "There is no AMD graphics card or the driver is not working properly." The monitor is a Samsung LED tv through HDMI. Please Help.

SPECS:
Intel(R) i7-4790K
GIGABYTE Z97X-Gaming 7
Windows 10 64 bit
Radeon R9 390

The computer never shut down just the GPU stopped putting out a signal all together. So later on that day i figured I'd just try it again, after trying several other times, it randomly started working again. I haven't had an issue since. But I would like to prevent this if possible. Is there something that it could of been/still might be an issue? Temps for GPU are 54-56 Celsius GPU fan speed 585. My CPU is 27-28C fanspeed 777. Should i change that or is it fine?
