So I'm helping a friend

There PSU died so I replaced it.
One returning the PC to their house the monitor is extremely pixelated through BIOS, Windows etc. Attached image below.

I took the computer back to mine and ran GPU stress tests etc. I could not replicate what had happened at their house. I returned it again and the same thing happened again.
When testing I swapped my GPU, RAM etc all around and all configurations worked in both PCs.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

....now that's a weird one. I suggest you try another PSU and try again...

But usually, such pixellation is due to the RAM or video card. I really don't see why it can't do this elsewhere though...

Have you tried without connecting it to internet........?

Hello.

If I get this right: the PC gets pixelated at their house only. If tested at your location it never pixelates?

If you've tested and everything works correctly on the PC at your location....I'd check the cables or the monitor itself?

Hmm, do they use a power bar of sorts, or a UPS? It may do havoc on some power supplies and cause this issue...

That's the only possible explanation I see as of now. Try changing location within their house and see if it helps.

Changed cable and monitor....at their location, yes?
