I used to get a good amount of FPS on overwatch such as 70-120, now after that I've add 2 old HDDs, its been lowered to 7-30 FPS.

This is my build:
CPU: i7 6700k
GPU: ROG STRIX-GTX1060-O6G-GAMING
SSD: Samsung 850 evo 250g
HDD: WD Blue 2TB
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA G2 Gold 750W Power Supply
MoBo: Asus Z170 AR
Memory: Corsair Vengeance LPX CMK16GX4M2B3200C16 (Black) 16GB Kit (8Gx2) DDR4 3200 Desktop RAM

So I pretty much have a high-end pc.

I've taken out the 2 HDDs and its still hasnt changed (same fps 7-30)
I dont think its to do with temperature because i've already checked and i got a lot of fans.
Please help!

Check your memory clocks, after the most recent driver update from Nvidia (375.86) some cards have been locked to a memory clock of 810 Mhz, try rolling back a driver. If this doesn't help then just keep on going back drivers until your card works correctly.

No problem :)

Nvidia are getting super sloppy with drivers these days, they really need to start actually working on their drivers before they release them without caring. (That's how it seems anyway)

In future when a new driver comes out I would watch to see how the internet reacts to it and if people are having problems, then stick to a driver you know works for you. :)
