help with liquid cooling

Solution
^ Removing coolers is totally (and officially) fine on EVGA cards - it does not void the warranty.
As for the OP question, those AiO solutions are more of a gimmick. The do cool the GPU, but leave the memory and VRM (which is probably the hottest part) unattended. Bast case, they rely on some sort of air cooling.
I do not know which specific card you have, but unless you do the full cover (or modular full cover like I did) it's not really worth it.
full cover can be easily done with EK Predator AiO.
Get Predator 240 or better 360 (with QDC if you are lazy) and a full cover block (pre filled and with QDC if you are lazy) and you have a complete watercooled system.
at minimum you are looking to spend ~270$ and 350$ in case of lazy. there...

Do note that if you do take out the stock cooler out from the GPU, your warranty could be void. But if you are still going to go for it, I would pick the Kraken G10 White. Custom liquid cooling on GPU could be a waste of your money if it doesn't fit your particular GPU because some of the manufacturers support the reference cards, some support specific brands such as MSI, EVGA, Zotac, and so on. You have to do a lot more research into it to make sure that the GPU liquid cooler is fully compatible with your GPU.

Could you please post what particular GTX 1080 brand did you buy?
