New PC Extreme Problem - need help asap

So I got a new PC from pccasegear, worth $5500... SLI 1080, 6700k i7, ect ect, water cooled, premade.
It's been working fine for a few weeks until now, where everything is running super slow (about 1/4 of it's original speed)
CS:GO was only running at 100 fps, even on this system, which could previously run games like BF1 at 2560x1400, ultra, at 100+fps
I have not touched anything inside the PC
Any help is appreciated

Hello,
Do you have an idea when the problem started to happen?
Well the first thing I will do in your place is to check the temps with HWMonitor or similiar software if you pc is not overheating, then uninstall the GPU drivers with DDU and install the newest one.

So, I've come to a possible conclusion.. A friend of mine got the same issue, and apparently was an issue with the new Driver update.. currently rolling back to the old driver to see if it fixes the issue.

Turns out I just had to simply rollback to old Drivers manually.. took about 3-4 different tries but found the right driver.. PC working 100% now, thanks for anyone that tried to help!
