I moved to a new home which only has the ADSL2+ plan available, my old home has NBN and I used the Asus Ac5300 connected to the NBN modem that comes installed into your home. My new home is now running on the Netgear 6200 but it's range isn't that good and I don't want to buy Internet extenders. Is there any way I could connect my Netgear 6200 to send internet to my Asus Ac5300 so that I use the wireless range of the Asus Ac5300 and not the Netgear 6200? If there is any clear tutorial videos please link them below aswell. Thank you!

I think you connect a LAN port of the d6200 to the asus. It is cable the same way as router-router even when you have the first device in bridge mode.

If you plug a dsl and WAN cable into the first router I think it ignores the dsl port and assumes you have a cable modem or something. I would have to look it up but it doesn't matter the wan port is always a wan port you must use a lan port.
The simplest way is to just connect them together pretending the lan on the netgear is your ISP. It would be best if you disable the radios in the netgear to avoid interference but it should be minimal since they will not actually be transmitting very much when nobody uses them.

The largest issue is the double nat. The people that causes issues for are people who run some kind of server in their house or use game consoles that rely on UPnP to host games. It causes few issues for anyone else.

Your other option is to use only the radio part in your ac5300. You would need to use it as a AP. Many of the advanced features like content filtering and such do not work when it is run as a AP>

So it is possible to use my netgear 6200 like a stand alone modem and connect my Ac5300 to it so it acts like a wireless router. Do you know any tutorials on doing so? I'm having a hard time finding any help. I tried to set the Netgear 6200 operation mode to MODEM and the Asus 5300 to Access Point but the Asus 5300 wasn't getting any internet, with the light showing red. I then factory reset my Netgear 6200 and I'm waiting to find some help in connecting the Asus 5300 to the Netgear 6200.

It tends to be tricky because you must pass the userid/password info secondary device. It requires the first device be set to some form of bridge mode and the second router to run PPPoE. Been a long time since I did that.
Generally it does not buy you much other than not having router behind router.

I set my d6200 to (Modem Only Mode), I connected the Wall Port ADSL cable into the d6200 ADSL port, and then I connected a Ethernet cable going from the "Internet" port on the d6200 to the Asus Ac5300, but the asus ac5300 was showing a red light for internet meaning no internet. Do you know how I can fix this?
