Ok so I have flashed the bios to the latest version and installed all drivers so far so good no errors.

had a look at my dram also:

dram V min 1.51050
dram V max 2.80900

with intervals 0.01325 to 1.51050

im guessing intervals are increments? going on what you said in a previous post im aiming for 0.05 increase of the minimum so basically up to 1.55v?

Just in the middle of tweaking it and I had a thought about something I wasnt sure on so i referred to my manual, apparantly for dual channel it requires 1 dimm per channel, however I have been putting both dimm's in the same channel, would that cause the instabilities I mentioned?

So i upped the Dram to 1.55v and the cpu/nb to 0.85 +0.05 on each the system wouldnt boot and forced me to recover the bios settings, so i loaded them back up and set the target dram to 1600 with both dimms in seperate channels, no blue screens but going to wait a bit before saying its solved however the 0.05 increase didnt work.
