I decided to move motherboard from one case to another, because i needed CPU from there, and it doesn't fit on original one. When i removed CPU, i reapplied thermal paste so it should be fine. Before i removed motherboard, i ensured that there won't be static electricity. I unplugged all cables, put that into another case and plugged all cables that necessary (Include GRD) following the text on motherboard. So, now when i plug in, it immediately turns on (all lamps on case have turned on exclude dvd thing and all fans start spinning) and just stay silent (monitor is black, fan on video card is not working, video card doesn't have any cables that i need to connect), no beeping sounds (i plugged system speaker as well). I checked manual, there weren't anything about that behavior

Model of the motherboard is Asrock n68-s. CPU is suported by that motherboard, so it should be fine. And I didn't install anything new on it. When i remove any cards, still it doesn't make any sounds
