I have a Core i5 4570 haswell with an GTX 960, PSU CX850m and 3 Kingston SSD's I always wanted a better Graphics card now I have the money for a GTX 1080 sli setup, but i'm worried about a possible bottleneck.
Forget to mention that i'm planning to play in 1080p
Thanks!

Gaming at 1080p is a total waste of a GTX 1080. The 1080 is a high 1440p or 4k monitor type of video card. If you are gaming at 1080p the highest GPU I would use is the 1070 and that would still be a bit of a waste. The only reason you would need 2 1080s is if you are wanting the highest of the high settings in 4k, 5k , or 8k. I think you are going to waste your money with your idea, sorry but that's my opinion.

you should be find. But if you not pushing dual/triple screen 4K gaming, I would just recommend 1 1080 for now. No need to drop 1200-1500 on it. Your 850W PSU should be just find as well.

Thank you very much sir!
I only have a 1080p screen, so I think I wil go with the SLI setup

I agree with Mike here. Didn't see the edit. If you are doing 1080p, a 1060 6GB will be just fine. Most games are going to require 4GB of VRAM, so you will have wiggle room. If money is no object, then shoot for the stars. But 4K means nothing without the right display as well.
