Budget gaming rig under 400. For the price, I don't see this getting much better. Obviously you can add an SSD, but that is just stuff to make general day to day experiences better, and he can do that as he gets more money. I got it as close as I could, I'm sure there are more cuts I could find, but alas, this is where I'm at. He already said he's okay with the price at 15 dollars over lol.

Not bad, not bad at all. I see getting good FPS at medium settings on 1080p. But how did you pull off the mobo for only 9.99? Is that with the CPU bundle or something? That's pretty good. Anywho, that should be fine. Just google cheap OEM windows 10 keys and make sure they are legit.

Microcenter has bundles where if you pick a MOBO with a CPU they take 30 off the price of the board. The board is 59.99 regularly, they have it on sale for 54.99. Paired with the CPU, it drops to 24.99, and then the $15 rebate brings it to 9.99.

Not bad..well good find man. Hope you enjoy mate. Again, that is awesome

Found another $12 in savings, just replaced the ram with a stick of Corsair budget ram. Even closer to the $400 mark. I could hit it by dropping the case down, but that case is great. Easy to work with, and a great deal. He can buy one less Starbucks to afford it. Lulz.
