Fx8320E clocked at 4.4
Patriot Viper 3 8GB 1866MHz
Gigabyte Ga-990x Gaming Sli
Coolermaster seidon 120 V2
Kingston UV400

I wanted to buy 1060 3GB, but I read that it wilk bottleneck paired with my cpu, my second choice is RX470.
Price difference is 65€.
Im gonna use GPU for 3d rendering and stuff, gaming also, is bottlenecked 1060 3GB still better than RX470?

Every system has some sort of bottleneck somewhere.

The 8320E will perform fine with a 1060. There are some games that will be prevented from performing optimally with that CPU, but I would not downgrade from a 1060 for it. You just may be prevented from getting the best framerate the 1060 can out out, however the games will still be playable and run fine.

Do you by any chances maybe somehow know will that bottleneck in games for example be more than 10-15 fps, and will I still be able to play games at high details with 60 fps solid? Sorry for dumb questions, I'll be stuck with this PC for couple of years, don't want to make mistake with buying a part that cant be at its best with my current componenst :-D

Most games will run at 60fps or more at 1080p with that GPU and CPU.

Some games that are more processor driven may see some slowdowns like Battlefield 1 and Gears of War 4. Theres no easy way to quantify it, but yes its possible to be like 10 fps or more. But once its near 60 fps unless you are using a 144hz monitor it doesn't matter. You likely won't even notice the drops unless you're sitting there watching an FPS counter.
