nVIDIA control panel miss display settings

Hi. my NVidia graphics control panel only shows 3D Settings section and the others are missing. they were fine when I had win 8 but when i upgraded to win 10 this problem happened i checked other forums and they weren't helpful for me and my BIOS doesn't have the graphics card switch i updated the driver and i have a integrated Intel graphic card too. thanks for reply.

Make sure that you have the latest GeForce Experience if you want that control Panel.

If it is the latest. Uninstall, and reinstall. Your resolution I believe is in your Windows Screen Resoultion settings on Windows 10 I believe. At least that is how mine is set up. Also, you have "Let system decide" for which card to use?

In the nVidia control panel, there is an option to let you choose what display driver to use.
