Lot of problems here, first off that CPU won't work with that motherboard. Secondly whats up with the ram? Third thees better uses of your money. See below:

So I am confused on the RAM issue. I assumed you messed up. Delete the 2x4GB set. Also with your CPU, a Xeon is not for you. You want to get an i5 or i7. If you are just gaming, and causal steaming, then the i5-6600K is probably your best choice. Since I recommended a CPU, a new motherboard is needed. I recommend a B150 or H110 I got one for $199, but that was a crazy sale a few months back. As for storage, I would leave one SSD, and pick up a 1TB Blue WD HDD for ~$50. That is where you can store some games. You can store other games on the SSD, but the only advantage is faster loading times. In-game, HDD vs SSD does not matter.

This right here is significantly faster and cheaper. I gave you an i7-6700, not the k version so you can't overclock but it comes with a stock cooler which works perfectly fine and saves you money. I did give you a Z170 board because you have interest in SLI and thats the only way to do that. I got rid of all those expensive fans, try it out as is, add a fan or two if needed. You aren't overclocking and that case has good airflow, unless your room is very hot you don't need them. I also swapped one of your SSDs for a regular hard drive. Gives you some extra space to store files, with 500gb in your main drive you can put a few games you are playing now on there then store anything else on the bigger mechanical drive.
