Heaven Benchmark Wont Load

I have just recently reinstalled windows and wiped everything from my hard drive and i am now reinstalling my programs and one of them that seems to not be working is Unigine Heaven Benchmark and is giving me this error

Hardware
CPU: Intel 17-4790k
GPU: GTX 1070 SC
MOBO: ASUS Z97
PSU: 600 WATT

I could be wrong, but it's similar to the error I see when I forget to reinstall graphics drivers, or reboot out of safe mode after reinstalling drivers.

I've never had an issue with anything from unigine. Cinebench, on the other hand, has never worked for me.

I'd definitely agree with @amtseung about checking your drivers and making sure you got the latest ones installed straight from the hardware manufacturer's official website. It might also be a good idea to start by re-installing this particular software again and see if the problem will still persist.
