I have no idea what the problem. When i first got the pcc is was all fine, a couple months later it started to get REALLY loud. If you look at those temps, it runs up to 95C for the cpu and 85C for the integrated GPU, the mobo seems to run at decent temps. I tried reapplying thermal paste and re positioning the fans, nothing

If you're running the APU to full capacity, using both the CPU and GPU, it gets really, really hot. Like so hot that the stock cooler is useless. My weak af A6 5400k certainly output more heat than the stock cooler could dissipate, even with -25F air from a snowstorm outside blowing right at it.

You might just need a better CPU cooler, like a Hyper212 variant, Cryorig H5/H7, Deepcool gammax or twisters or something, etc.

How's your case airflow? Are your heat sinks clogged with dust?

Fan bearings can go bad, your HWMonitor isn't reporting any fan speeds. Mine reports all of the fans plugged directly into the motherboard. If it's a bad fan bearing it could explain the loud noise and the inability to cool efficiently.

That's really dangerously hot :/
