IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Error in Windows 8

I get 6 beeps when my computer restarts and I also get a blue screen error message with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL. Unable to upgrade driver for wireless or video adapter.

Hello there.

Usually, this error will be because of a failed RAM stick. I'd try removing a RAM stick, try again, removing the one left and swapping with another, etc.

Follow procedures for removing/changing RAM sticks:

Be sure you've grounded yourself to remove static.
Always move around the sticks with the power cable unplugged or the switch at off. Drain the power by pressing the on switch a few times with the wire unplugged from the wall socket.
Be sure to correctly insert the sticks. Never force them in.

Usually beeps codes are hardware related. Some of the more common ones are that the RAM or Graphics cards are not properly seated. This site: http://www.computerhope.com/beep.htm
Seems to have an adequate list.
Assuming your dealing with brand new hardware, its highly likely you need to reseat component (s)
