NZXT H440 - Should I go the custom water cooling route?

Hi

I live in sunny (dusty) South Africa and require a way to keep my PC temps low during gaming.

When playing very demanding games the CPU temps will sit at around 70 degrees Celsius (with an old AIO Antec Kuhler) and my GPU temps hover around 80.

The heat being exhausted by my case is quite something and I was wondering whether going all out custom water cooling will help keep temps down considerably?

My build:
Chassis: NZXT H440
CPU: i5 4690K (stock clocked)
GPU: GALAX GTX 980 HOF v2
RAM: Kingston HyperX 4x4 GB DDR3
PSU: Antec Gold rated 650W

If needed I am also considering modding the front plat of the chassis to increase airflow.

I visited EKWBs custom loop configurator site https://www.ekwb.com/custom-loop-configurator/

This is what I got fro them: https://www.ekwb.com/custom-loop-configurator/shared/oW582eab9d3da4c with the radiator mounted in the front (not sure if clearance would be an issue for the HDDs)

Does this look like a good set up? Couldn't find a full cover VGA block for my card so generic it is, with some heatsinks or something.
Pretty pricey, but if it'll keep the temps down I'll have to consider it.
