I have a problem with my liquid cooing
I think my pump is working but I'm not sure
It's a closed loop and I have a 1366 930 cpu and it hits Temps of 90degrees
But I have no thermal paste could that cause it

Solution
You haven't applied thermal paste? YES that will be the cause of it, you need thermal paste to bond the two surfaces together and transfer the heat between them. Without the thermal paste it is pretty much pointless having a CPU cooler.

Because its next to a 90C CPU, it will be struggling to move the heat away from the CPU as there isnt a solid seal between the two surfaces. All you need to do is buy a Thermal paste such as Arctic's MX4 paste, apply a blob around the size of a grain of rice to the top of the CPU and then attach the cooler.
