FPS suddenly dropped heavily on all games

So I just built a new PC a month ago,very nice gaming PC, had very good FPS on every game (220 FPS on Payday all settings highest,150 FPS on GTA V highest settings, 180 FPS on CSGO Highest settings,you get the point.) Then,the day before yesterday,it suddenly dropped,a lot. (GTA only had 40,Payday 52,CSGO 90) I don't know what the problem is,can someone please help me?

Comp specs:

Processor : Intel Core(TM) i5-6600 CPU 3.31GHz
RAM : 16 GB
Windows ver : Win. 10 Home
Graphics card : NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1060 STRIX OG Edition 6GB

You can try to restore your system to an earlier point, before the FPS drop occurred: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/windows-vista/using-windows-vista-system-restore/

Also, you can check Resource Monitor out. See if there's high usage of something over there.
