Which Is The Best GPU For 768p Resolution To Play Games At Ultra 60 Fps?

Not sure on your budget, but for that I would say the GTX 1050Ti would be the best option, and for the price and power it is quite a nifty little card. GTX 1060 is the card for 1080p, and I'm guessing the 1050 is for 720p, and 1050Ti is more or less in the middle, max settings 720p and medium settings 1080p.

Short answer: the fastest card you can afford.
Long answer:
with a "oversized" card you can just put the performance into more graphical fidelity, think about stuff like downsampling and graphic mods. Also you are basically investing into the future.
For 1080p something like a GTY 1050 Ti or 1060 or a Radeon RX 470 or 480 should rund most games just fine.
For 1366x786 you might actually even be satisfied with a GTY 750 Ti.
But like I said, a faster card has resources for either very high framerates or modding and stuff. Also it wont ned to be replaced as fast.
