fans don't spin after connecting the CPU mother board connector(4 pin)

hi recently i decided to buy a new CPU cooler(cooler master 412 slim ) to replace my stock cooler after installing it my system wont boot at all even fans and mother board speaker no beeps so i start troubleshooting the problem removed everything beside the 8 pins connector for the the mother board and the CPU and i reinstalled the stock CPU cooler and i reconnect only the power button and a case fan connected directly to the power supply first try to boot CPU fan and case fan spin for 1 second installing the ram same thing spin for 1 second but when i come to connecting the CPU connector from the power supply and try to power up my computer nothing happen fans don't spin i remove the CPU connector same thing in order to make them spin again i need to wait like half a minute and try again so they start spinning for 1 second when i try and again when i connect the CPU connector they don't spin what do you thing guys?
info on m system:
mother board :Asus h81-m(2 years old )
CPU: Intel 4790(2 years old)
power supply :thermaltake smart se 630 v (half a year old)

You need to cut up your post a bit to make it readable.

Since this happened after you replaced the cooler, make sure all of your connections are in properly, including the CPU in the socket, re-seat the RAM.

Test with another PSU, maybe the motherboard got damaged or went bad.

hey thanks for your help i took it to a repair chop and indeed it was a power supply problem tried anothere power supply and it worked not sure how to delete the post though
