Help Choosing Z170 Motherboard [Asrock]

Hi, so I am building a new build and at my place
the Asrock Z170 Extreme4 and The Fatal1ty Z170 Gaming K4
are literally the same price
but I don't really know which is better and why,
any help will be welcome.

ps: I plan doing some overclock if it matters in any way.

First off those two board both only received 3 eggs from Newegg. That doesn't mean much. Just to have the same rating with 38 and 39 recviews was something I noticed. Not a deal breaker but one I would look into. Are there business reviews out there? Unbiased business reviews. What does Amazon's customers say about those products. These boards? Idk.

The Extreme model has more features. These are the major features I saw where Asrock took the lead.

Three graphics output options ....vs dual

3 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots...

3 x PCI Express 3.0 x16 Slots vs 2 . The extreme's first two will operate at x 8 x8 allowing for SLI.

3 x SATA Express 10 Gb/s Connectors vs 2

More USB ports vs less. Extreme only has 3.0 and 3.1 USB, externally.

Extreme has thunderbolt connection


And the beat goes on. The extreme is a better value.

yeah I know they are not the best z170 out there, but for now are the only ones I can afford at my place, and even though it had 3 eggs in new egg they both was recommended by tom's hardware editor in 2016, I was just wondering which would be better in perfomance I suppose, but I might go with the Extreme4 I will just do a little more research about the overclocking capabilities in the Extreme4 before tho, thanks for the help ^-^
