You would need a decent Z170 motherboard to overclock that 6600K, also that PSU is pretty expensive and you can do better. Other then CPU/MB (for OC or not) and PSU the other parts are good.

Also, if you live near a Microcenter, you can probably save $50 on a CPU/MOBO combo. If you bundle their already cheap 6600k ($180) and a motherboard, they'll knock another $30 off.
