I HAVE 4 GB RAM

MY PROCESSOR IS INTEL PENTIUM CPU G645 @ 2.90GHZ
AND 64 BIT OPERATING SYSTEM
WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE 64 BIT

They are all the same, just different brands, but with the same chip on it.
Take the cheapest of them.
But I'd actually suggest doing a bigger upgrade. You should be able to fit all SandyBridge and IvyBridge chips onto the board.

Ofcourse in the end it all depends on budget. But since you are looking for a cheap solution, you might be okay with just a new graphics card.
