I have ASUS K53SV laptop with i5-2430m Dual core processor. I have the turbo boost gadget that shows the CPU going from 2.4ghz to 3.0ghz. I upgraded to a i7-2920xm and it just sits at 2.5GHz w/ no turbo. Did many CPU intensive task like stress test but not moving. Reset BIOS not working. No option in BIOS on anything about turbo boost. Latest BIOS version 320. Please help.
