Will the Cool Master Hyper 212 EVO fit my motherboard?

My old Intel i5 motherboard blew up and as I'm on a bit of a budget, I went to an AMD FX 6350 because I tend to run a couple of virtual machines so the 8-cores (ish) will be of benefit to me. I also bought the ASRock 970M Pro3 because I wanted to re-use my existing Corsair DDR3 Red Vengeance RAM sticks.

I had seen my research that the stock cooler on the AMD is loud but I hadn't appreciated how loud! Kind of wished I'd stuck with another Intel i5 now as whilst they are more expensive, the fan was never that loud.

So here I am considering a Cool Master Hyper 212 EVO:

But I'm worried whether it'll fit as I read some posts about restricted size. Here's the motherboard and the Corsair RAM:

I've looked at the installation notes for the cooler and it appears to install vertically. No problem with height but the standard 90mm stock fan only just clears the RAM.

Thanks, Rob.

Not sure. You may want to do a google search and see. I see some BARELY clear the RAM. My 212 EVO clears it with problem. It looks like a mini-ATX from the picture. I remember seeing something about another cooler, Cryorig. Those are generally low profiles, that may help.
