Alright, I'm going to summirize the problem I'm having.

I have two routers in my house. One is the main uverse router, and the other is a secondary regular cisco router (which is so it can reach 2 bedrooms the uverse router cannot.) Ok, long story short, we have been having problems with the cisco router, so I went into the settings, and factory reset it. I went and I set it similar to the subnet gateway address and DNS and everything so it can have internet connection, and it fixed the router problems, which actually took a long time to do.

But another problem came in, that I was not expecting AT ALL. With the introduction of the new WIFI connection, it decided to stop my internet traffic on my main computer. Take note, the secondary router and my computer are both connected to the uverse router, but with the introduction of the new secondary router, it decided to make my internet connection on my main computer, "limited".

I have no idea why it decided to do this, since my computer has nothing to do with the secondary router, but the uverse router. (My desktop is connected via Ethernet to the primary router, and the secondary router is connected to the primary too) Also, we use the secondary router PURELY for the wifi connection.

TL;DR I have two routers, secondary one connected to primary, with the new secondary router in place, it decided to stop internet connection on my main computer.

Solution
Nevermind! I fixed the problem myself, turns out I was using the default gateway and IP for my own computer when I typed ipconfig -.-

I was supposed to use the gateway and IP for the ISP router, I'm dumb.
