I bought Fallout 4 back when it was released and was never able to play it because it would be stuck at 37fps(half the refresh rate pf my monitor). I would take off the frame cap and set it through AMDs driver software (tried 59,60,74 and 75 fps limits ) no mater what i did there would still be a lot of screen tearing. When I have the game set to a resolution higher than 1440p (1800p or 4k) there isn't any tearing and the game isn't stuck at 37fps, but it averages at 45ish due to the limits of my GPU. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
