(Corsair CX600) Is cx600 is okay to run gigabyte GTX Titan Black ?

Hi,
I'm going to get Gigabyte gtx titan black ghz edition, is my PSU(Corsair CX600) okay for it?
my specs are
i5-2500.
8gb corsair vengeance 1333mhz
250 gb ssd
1tb sata hdd.
Upcoming gpu: gigabyte gtx titan black.

You'll need two 6+2 pin, Titan X is rated 250 watt TDP then its possible in theory, the wattage estimate break down:

  • ■ brand new CX600 is 84% efficient (around 550 watt after voltage ripple)
    ■ i5 2500 use around 95 watt (550 - 95=445),
    ■ 120 mm CPU HSF use around 5 watt (440 watt), or, D5 water pump (415 watt) two 120 mm radiator fans (405 watt),
    assumed water cooler is used
    ■ p67 motherboard (350 watt) or (315 watt) depend on component (on-board audio, additional chipset...

A 600W PSU with 1 x 6 pin and 1 x 8 pin connector is the minimum recommended for a system with that gfx card. So you are right at the margin, because the older CXs weren't real dependable PSUs. It will run fine. But stressed over time, could cause the PSU to fail.
