I decided on these parts:

CPU: AMD FX-6300 overcl. @6x 4.0GHz
RAM: 8GB OC DDR3-RAM @2133MHz
GPU: Nvidia GeForce GTX1060 6144MB
PSU: Corsair VS450 450 W (80+)
Cooler: Scythe Katana 4
MOBO: MSI 970 Gaming, AMD 970

Would this work? I'm a broke uni student on a tight budget so I actually am trying to keep everything under 730€.

Solution
Unfortunately PCPP does not have a German price tag option, hence compiled in Dutch prices. Wont be much of a difference in price.

Thank you so much, seriously.

Would I need a cooler, or would I be fine without one?

I fail to understand this. You have chosen a locked cpu which cannot be overclocked with a z170 board which is meant for overclocking specifically and hence more expensive and a waste of money. That money can be channeled towards a better part maybe or just a cheaper build altogether.

OP, whats your location and budget???

I live in Germany and my budget is around 730 euro.
