I am using a EVGA 650w GQ GOLD. I RMA'd my last one because of low 3.3v readings on the bios and using different software tools. I just installed the new one and again am getting the same .019 reading on the 3.3v. Could someone please shed some light on what could possibly be happening here.

Thank you,

BIOS readings can be inaccurate especially if the IC that handles the readings was not calibrated properly. Just ignore it, no need to worry about anything frankly. If you're not having problems with the PC, don't worry about anything. It's a false alarm.
