It's decent, but I would make a few changes. I never recommend getting an expensive water cooler. That's basically throwing money away IMO. A decent $40-70 air cooler would be more than good enough. Maybe spend some of the money saved from the cooler to get a better motherboard. I would switch the storage up and get a different psu. Give e sec and I'll show you the changes.
