After dealing with my computer wanting to boot from a hard drive without Windows, I decided it's time to deal with it. Unfortunately, that is turning out to be more difficult than I first thought. First, event though the recovery and editing partitions show up in disk management, I couldn't find them in EaseUS partition tool. Further, I'm unable to delete them with diskpart as it says there's a virtual drive error (but I do see 4 partitions there). Any suggestions?

Hello there, @Aeradom!

Can you please share more details about the storage upgrade that you did in your system? Did you clone your new primary drive or did you clean install Windows onto it. I'd strongly advise you to run the cloning tool or another alternative utility again and then check if all the partitions are properly displayed both in Disk Management and in the cloning tool. If you performed a clean install & had both drives connected to the motherboard, then you might be dealing with an OS Confusion which would require you to repeat the procedure, but keep the now secondary HDD unplugged from the mobo! I'd also suggest you try booting into Windows without the secondary drive connected and see if it will be...

Here's a great Windows Install & Optimization Guide for SSDs & HDDs that could help you, too.

Keep me posted with the details & good luck!
