Regarding what? You have all the parts listed, what's the issue?

If you're wondering if you're going to max the games, then absolutely not. Still a good rig. the RAM will only run at 2133, since it's capped by the CPU and depending on the mobo (MSI Mortar comes in variations) that caps RAM as well.
Now the MHz of the RAM is not extremely important, you'd be better off getting the biggest and baddest GPU you can afford. But if you can't get a better one (1060 is by no means a bad card) then maybe check out other CPU/mobo that'll handle faster RAM. And obviously, the RAM itself should be fast as well. LPX ranges from 2133MHz to 3200MHz, so be more specific in your post.

And always go for 2 sticks (like 2x8GB) instead of one stick that's...

thank you for your advice. Lets say i want to get a 1070. Will there be any bottlenecking? And If i get 2 x 8 gb 2133mhz ram sticks , will it make a huge difference towards having a 3200mhz instead? Or will it affect future uses?

I don't dare to say what would bottleneck, but regarding RAM then you're thinking about it wrong. There's no real reason to use a single stick, but if you're making that choice I'd say the benefits of dual-channel greatly outperforms slightly faster RAM in single-channel.
