Cooler Master ATX 12v v2.3 500 - Broken

Hi, my cooler master seems to have packed in (it starts but makes a loud whirring noise) The model I have is "Cooler Master ATX 12V V2.3 PassivePFC RS-500-PCAP-J3"

This now seems to be discontinued so I wondered what replacement would work? Links would be great if possible

I would look at EVGA models if you can get your hands on them. http://www.evga.com/Products/ProductList.aspx?type=10 they seem to have better performance/$ ratio.
Power needed you can calculate here: http://www.evga.com/power-meter/ but ad another 25 - 50% over that just to be sure and for future upgrades.
