Hi!
Once again I am turning to Tom's Hardware as it has helped me in the past.

I have a fairly old PC (2-3 years), but just a couple months ago I upgraded my GPU, CPU and RAM, but not MB, disks or PSU. Not to long ago I started to experience fps drops that occur over time. For example I get around 80 fps when I start playing a game. 1 hour later I have 50-60, 1 hour later I have 30 fps, and game is unplayable. I play games like BF1 and Overwatch and this occurs often. I have cleaned it from dust but it doesnt help.

SPECS:
i7-4790K
EVGA GTX 1060 6GB
h81m-hd3 Gigabyte MB
16 GB RAM
CoolerMaster Thunder 500W

I assume that it is my PSU causing the problem as it is fairly old, and not the best PSU. My temps are normal under load:
CPU: 50-60
GPU: 50-60

Any help is much appreciated!
