UEFI BIOS on the Z10PE-D8 MOBO

I guess the rest of what you ask is all your own risk I cant see anyone recommending that - the boards bios is custom for that particular board and not any other model .
sad thing is ASUS don't seem to feel that board needed any bios updating or even offers there first release bios for it

if you feel its worth the risk of bricking the motherboard in the end you do as you see fit cause if it was to go bad asus don't even offer any bios to try to flash back to try to recover , it a done deal back to newegg for a new one
funny these guys here talk up bios updates but where are they getting them from ?? I used asus USA and global site and each shows no bios's for that board ??

''All in all, you might want to stay away from the ASUS Z10PE-D8 WS, at least until new BIOS and actual 64 GB LRDIMM memory are made for it.
