What converter/plug do I need for this?

I will be taking some hardware with me to the US for a number of reasons.
I know that the plugs wont fit over there however I am sure I can get a replaceable plug instead.

For instance, I have a Linksys E4200 router and from the manual it tells me the power used is this:

12V, 0.5A

Now, what transformer/plug do I need for this device? Also what "polarity" do I need to set it?
Would this one work? - https://www.amazon.com/Seven-Star-Regulated-Universal-Converter/dp/B005IDTH76/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1479568266&sr=8-1&keywords=dc+transformer

I also have an IP Phone - same thing, it has a separate plug/block transformer. The spec states this:

External universal AC adapter (optional):
AC 100~240V input and DC 5V/2A output
> Power consumption (PSU): 2.0-6.4W
> Power consumption (PoE): 2.4-10.5W

Which transfer/adapter do I need for the US so it works?

One last one: I have computer speakers with a subwoofer. It's a Logitech kind (cannot remember the exact model). That has a 2 "point" power plugging into the subwoofer. What POWER CABLE do I need? I see ones on amazon.com where some are polarized and some are non-polarized?

?!

Solution
For the ip phone you just need a simple mains socket adapter, the DC transformer can already accept usa voltage.
Doesn't the router also have a seperate 12v power block ?? That's likely auto switching too

madmatt30: Sure, so they are both power blocks - but which one should I get from say Amazon.com (US Site) and what settings should I set it to? Also the whole polarity thing is throwing me off.
