I moved into a new place with 100mbps download speed. My roommates are getting 75ish mbps. Multiple speedtest shows that my PC is getting 15ish. Sometimes as low as 3mbps. Even though my PC is 2 floors above the their new router, I don't believe that's the issue as my roommates brought their laptop and iphone to my room and they still get high speeds. The kicker is that my iphone is also getting low download speeds. So I think there is something on my mobile and PC device that is causing the issue but I don't know what? I've already done a malware scan and deleted any malware.

-I have a Lynksys Wireless G USB Adapter.
-Opening up the Network and Sharing Center says my signal quality is still good and it says my speed is 54 mbps even though I'm not getting that
-I also bought a new USB Wifi card and adapter card to see if it was my old adapter. Neither devices improved my speeds
