Looking for an overclockable Mini ITX motherboard

Hello, I bought a prebuilt PC a couple months ago and I want to upgrade it, but the case(Thermaltake Versa N21) is mainly a Mini ITX board case. I can use a Full size board in it, but it will block cable routes, so I was wondering if there was a good sub $150 AM3+ mini board that will work with an EVGA GTX 1060 6gb and that I could do medium overclocking(4.5 GHz on a FX-8350) with. If there isn't a viable option, is there any smaller full size boards that would work well for my purposes?

Um, your cpu socket is an AM3+, and there are no mini ITX motherboards with that socket.

However the 970M Pro3 is a micro atx which supports AM3+, it's a decent motherboard.
