CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-4460 Processor (6M Cache, up to 3.40 GHz)
GPU: GeForce GTX 950 Asus DirectCU II OC Strix Gaming 2GB Edition
Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33
RAM : 8 GB DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 1600Mhz
and a S22F350FHU Samsung Monitor 22p with a 1920X1080 Resolution 1080p
I wonder on what quality and resolution I can play the next Gen games?

8gb RAM and the slow clocks on that i5 mean BF1 multiplayer will see stuttering, so bear that in mind.

Not much. If you gonna play lots of mp, you'll want a faster cpu. Might Br ok, but my 6600k at 4.0 hits 100% often with stutter. 4.4 is fine and maxes at 90%.
