You have to order the parts and build yourself ofcourse. Prebuild pc with this kind of configuration will cost you much more than that as they also have to keep their profit margin. If you are not confident of building yourself, get it done by any professional store or engineer in your vicinity. Ideally they wont charge you much for assembling.
