Since you have GTX 1070 GPU, best would be to use 1440p monitor.
When you're low on cash then the best entry level 1440p monitor would be Acer G257HU 25" 60 Hz,

If you want to OC (overclock) the monitor Hz values then go for Crossover 2795 QHD 27" 60 Hz.

This monitor by stock runs at 60 Hz but can be OC to run on 96 Hz or even 120 Hz.
