So, I would like to completely reset my PC and I went through it today. In the first attempt the reset initiated but got stalled for 3h+ in 36%, when I "force closed it".
When I started the pc again it said: "No changes were made."
So, now I go to the reset menu again to run it again and after I chose the "definitions of the reset" it doesn't initiate and prompt an error saying: "An error ocurred resetting your PC" - might not be exactly like this, since I'm portuguese.

I already tried different modes of reset (not all files, not all drives...) and searched for an answer but couldn't find any, thanks in advance.

Without knowing the full error message it's pretty hard to give specific advise here. Best I can recommend with the information provided is that you likely damaged your Boot Manager and it needs to be repaired or replaced. You can repair it via Startup repair, if that doesn't work, you can re-install the OS which will outright replace it.

Either way, you'll want to use a disk imager (i.e. macrium reflect) or a snapshot tool (i.e. rollback rx) to back up and restore your system in case it happens again, also very helpful resetting your PC back to a previous state.
