I'm looking to see if I can upgrade my PC to a GTX 1060 Graphics card on cyber Monday and I was wondering what in my PC I need to look for .
My Processor is a i5 6400 cpu, (4cpus) 2.7ghz
system manufacturer MSI
current graphics card is AMD Radeon R7 360 series.
What else do I need to look at in my computer to know if a certain graphics card will fit?
I was also looking at a gtx 1050. If Anyone could link me a good graphics card that will fit my PC that would be amazing. Like, does it need to be an MSI graphics card? my mother board takes PCIE.

is my exact card I believe.

Yes, a 6400 will work fine with a 1060.

As for which 1060, that depends on budget and resolution you intend to play at. If budget is tight and you play at 1080p, you could get by with a 3GB model 1060, which start at about $190. Keep in mind though that there are games out now that you cannot play on highest texture settings with only 3GB VRAM.

The 6GB 1060s start at about $232. The Giga Windforce OC was recently on a promo for $235 at Newegg, which is the best deal I've seen on 6GB models. You should sign up for Newegg's email subscriber promos.

How much RAM do you have and what graphics card do you have currently? If you're happy with its current overall performance and just want more fps when gaming, go for the graphics card.
