hmm, but i do same thing with my friend's pc wich have i5 4590 with msi b85m gaming mobo,
gaming+extracting(winrar)both in same 1 tb hdd worked fine, i think it because my mobo, am i right?
& my mobo doesnt have sata 3 6gb/s ports(hdd is sata 3 6gb/s) could be a bottleneck?
if i upgrade my mobo to Asus B75m plus' will i have any significant multitasking performance?
i think i5 3470 too much for entry level chipset like h61 right?

No, the i5-3470 is just fine for the H61 motherboard. The CPU isn't where the problem lies, It's about storage.

Do you mean your disk usage is reaching 100% whilst both playing games and extracting files, or does it reach 100% whilst only extracting files?

You can see my specs below my post, in the signature area.

If it reaches 90%+ extracting files alone then yeah that's too high. I thought you meant 100% disk usage when playing games at the same time.

What's your disk usage when you have absolutely nothing open? So when you are just on the desktop with everything closed.
