The Z97X-SLI has a problem I can not figure out. This is my main computer, it stopped working one day when I turn it off then tried to turn it back on. I wasn't sure what the problem was so I started replacing stuff. I replaced the PSU and I replaced this motherboard, so this is the second one with this problem.

I finally got an internal speaker to get the beep codes. But I'm not sure what to do from here. The motherboard beeps very fast for about ten seconds, with about 4 beeps a second.

From what this page says, that means the power supply unit failed? But I replaced the power supply. The only things I haven't replace is the ram and the CPU. I checked the plugs on the motherboard and they look fine.

I'm not sure what to do now. Help, please.

Solution
If removing the graphics card and leaving single RAM module installed, still same beeps?
If yes, try different RAM module and different slot.
