Hi, my 14 year old son has a gaming pc - Zoostorm 7270-5069. We have just bought a new larger graphics card but when now when he has turned pc on there is a black screen and it won't turn on - how do i check what the problem is - could it be that the power supply is not powerful enough, thanks.

That power supply, even if it's a cheap brand, should be enough for that card. First, what were you using before? Integrated graphics or another videocard? If integrated graphics, you'll need to disable that in the motherboard bios.

Here is all the information my son has given me incase you need it.
He was using an AMD A8 7600 with inbuild radeon graphics - also using ASUS AMD Radeon R7 240. He was using them at the same time. Power supply is FSP FSP500-60HHN - total ouput continuous shall not exceed: 500W and max wattage 123W max.
Motherboard is MSI A78M-E35 V2.
